Hi,
did you try to start sccinit manually from the command line? Your problem
description sounds as if sccinit is not called during the startup process...

sounds as if sccinit is not even executed! see above...

try to run sccinit from the command line to see (error) messages on the
console. If then the board is initialized check your scripts...
I am running DB0EIN-15 with kernel 2.0.35 and a baycom USCC card at 19200bd.
