In TNOS, you can append the contents of a file into a message. Not sure if
the file has to be located in the nos directory or can be reached by
pathname. Once you start the message (enabling the tnos mini-editor) it's
the '/f' <filename> option. (For a menu listing of the tnos mini-editor,
type '/h' after the message is started.)
