new ax25 compile errors ?

I tried to run the 'make' after running the ./configure and didn't get
very far. I initially installed the ax25-utils using the
ax25-utils-2.1.42a-6.src.rpm. The error that I am getting is; no files
at netax25/mheard.h and netax25/axlib.h and so on. Looking in the
/usr/include/netax25 dir I only see the ax25.h file.

What would be the best way to correct this?
