As per my previous two posts on this subject, this has NOTHING to do
with the AX.25 protocol, and EVERYTHING to do with CRIMINAL LAW, in
particular the Fraud Act in the UK and its equivalent in other
countries.
Put bluntly, anybody following Walter's suggestion had better ensure
that the 'shortened form' they use has NEVER been allocated to ANY
other station, as otherwise they commit fraud every time they transmit
a frame.

Best wishes from Riley.

There is something frustrating about the quality and speed of Linux
development, ie., the quality is too high and the speed is too high,
in other words, I can implement this XXXX feature, but I bet someone
else has already done so and is just about to release their patch.
