[a lot of good news about TNT...]
The moment I last checked the TNT homepage, the authors stated
that there are still problems with interfacing TNT to the AX.25-
kernel. That's a pity since most of us are using some stupid kind of
BayCom modems.
If these problems could be solved anyhow this will be exactly the
moment I give TNT another shot :)
I already had it running some years ago with a TNC2, bypassing
the kernel AX.25 support. Now, if it really should be working with
BayCOm and all the other nice kernel AX.25 devices that would be
very great.

I am very pleased that I am not the only one with an opinion like
mine here :)

I guess there will be noone really complaining here if you post short
patches into this list.

I do not think that it is offtopic here. It just happens that apparently
not very much people on this list are interested in packet radio
terminal programs. If they want to do Packet Radio they are all
satisfied with call and listen or even with a telnet screen to some
remote machine connected to the Packet Radio network.
A lot of other people simply are not interested in Packet Radio at
all, they love to play games like APRS :)
But hopefully they will not complain about a discussion about
Packet Radio terminal programs.

Unfortunately, I am no good C programmer so most of the contents
of that list surely will not be useful for me.
