Note that the VECs can file renewals and modifications for you.  (ARRL does
this for members at no charge, and I'm sure once the bugs are worked out
we'll be providing it as an on-line service -- for users of any OS. :-)

Which doesn't reduce my irritation at the FCC's Windows-only approach. But I
am amused by their nonsupport of IE!
