This is an odd discussion. I did the ULS thing last weekend with
Netscape in Red Hat 6 and it worked fine. The data gathering page is all
screwed up...they want your TIN-Social Security number not as 547-44-4708
but as 547444708 and your phone as 5055243303. But the don't say so. The
paper form you can get from FCC with a free call.

        The web page has a final summation page that's very nice. I
printed that and put it in my "important papers" file.
