Karl,

Registering on the ULS wasn't a problem, but to access the forms and
change your license data, you have to dial up an 800 number, instead of
using the internet. I thought I'd update my listing (my zip code changed
a few years ago) and to do that I'd have to create temporary routing,
ppp settings and resolv.conf. It's a lot of hassle. I suppose they feel
their 800 number is more secure (they do use encryption even for the
registration process).  I sent them email about this, but the response
wasn't particularly helpful: use windows or file manually.
