AFAIK, the only difference is that each bit is XOR'd with the 1200baud
clock.  Extremely simple modification on the hardware side, and I can't
imagine it being more than one or two lines of code on the software side.
We've been having a few discussions about it and modifying existing
TNC's for the purpose of doing satellite uplinks.
