Ok I have more than one year using the xfbbd without any problem
in Slackware 3.5 libc5(glibc1) with the kernel 2.0.37,
Lesstif-0.88.9(Motif2.0)
and the ax25-utils-2.1.42a, this works very well.
I have also tested it in SuSE-5.2 and 5.3 it works well
and for last I have tested in RedHat-5.2, kernel 2.0.37, gblic2.0.7,
Lesstif-0.88.9 and ax25-utils-2.1.42a, everything got very nice.
with this last Package I have also compiled the version alpha of the xfbbd
xfbb-7.01a1 and it works me of very pretty.
My problem is in the couples between the new libax25/tools/apps[0.0.7,
0.0.5, 0.0.4]
and the versions of the xfbbd [7.00g, 7.01a1] in the package that I bought
of RedHat-6.0

This package is glibc2.1 [libc6] kernel 2.2.5-15
the xfbbd in a single port TELNET works very well but it doesn't run when I
do
the configuration of the ports of ax25, when I run the configuration and
later
I run the xfbbd in daemon mode, immediately it gives a error UNKNOWN RETURN
VALUE 5
and it does a reboot, I connected from the console to the LinuxNode-0.3.0
that it doesn't have to do anything with the xfbbd and the xfbb it makes
the same, make reboot
again and again until I disconnect myself of the LinuxNode.
The xfbbd sends me this message all time.
while I am connected to the LinuxNode
xfbbd : Segmentation violation <----this start when someone try to
connect me
on RF link or by telnet via (internet)
Unknown return value 5
Here reboot again.
