I think we have been here before, The URL for downloading slackware 7.0 is;

http://www.slackware.com has a link to the above URL when you click on the
following;
Get Slack
Then click on;
/pub/linux/slackware Its just below, Latest Version: 7.0 in very BOLD
letters.
As far as i can see its been like that since the beginning of December last
year.
The differance is enormous if all you could find were 2 different files
then you were looking in the wrong place.
O yes, 2.4 will NOT be out for quite a while, 2.3 is the present
development kernel and will become 2.4 when Linus says.
Slackware 7.0 comes with kernel 2.2.13 and glibc which is very different to
slackware 4.0 which has libc5.
Slackware 7.0 includes ax25-apps tools and node.
