 I compared your nrparm statements to mine which I just got working.
 Try it as follows (replaced '*' with the callsign in lieu of an alias):

nrparms -nodes IR4BO-2 + BO2 120 6 radio IR4BO-2   
nrparms -nodes IR4TCP-8 + IR4TCP-8 90 6 radio IR4BO-2
nrparms -nodes IV3KZY-8 + IV3KZY-8 90 6 radio IR4BO-2
