If i knew who it was who placed something like that on any system i run i
can assure you he would never be able to log into any system i run again.
Quotas have been explaned to you, that will stop such idiots doing such
things, or at least only fill up there disk space.
Anyone can create a script to fill space, after all that is just what it
is, its in no way a security hole.
As i see it a simple batch file in a dos system would do just the same.
