Hi all. I'm trying to setup bpqether and struggling!
I have two linux boxes, one running as a bbs/mailbox (TNOS), the other
as a general machine.
The two machines have an ethernet connection which works OK. What i want
to do is to be able to make an ax25 connection over the ethernet (using
LinKT) to the bbs, or any other station for that matter. To this end i
have enabled 'BPQ-Ethernet' in both kernels. I have then run:
'ifconfig bpq0 hw ax25 g6pap-14 up'
on both machines, which has indeed bought up the bpq0 interface.
I don't know what to do next!
The how-to's seem a little sketchy from here. Do i need an entry in
axports?
How do i 'attatch' the entry??? Where is the 'net.cfg' file refered to
in the
'how-to's'?
Any help most appreciated!
