In my experience using KCT/T system with the driver writen by F6FBB kctpos
needs Az as well as El values
on the command line i.e. for example

kctpos 140 10

It cannot work without modification with AZ only.

Also it will wait until it receives the information from both rotors that the
Az and El values are correct.
Thus, if you have both rotors but do not switch on your elevation rotor, the
program will wait for a long long time....
