You need to modify the kct.conf file accordingly.

Here is my own configuration file that I found working correctly.

My Az rotor is a 360 degree with the stop position toward SOUTH.
KCTCAL indicates 0 when it is pointing South conterclockwise (180 degrees), 
127 when the antenna is aiming North (0 degrees) and 255 when the antenna is 
aiming South but fully clockwise (180 degrees).


[CALIBRATION]
AZIMUTH_ORIGIN = 180
AZIMUTH_MIN = 0
AZIMUTH_MAX = 255
ELEVATION_ORIGIN = 0
ELEVATION_MIN = 3
ELEVATION_MAX= 255
