If you got the KDE2.1b2 from the KDE site, there should have been a file
clearly named 'DONT_READ_THIS' or something - please : do read this (it's a
reverse psychology sort of thing :-) inside you'll get clear instructions on
how to install the beta. following these instructions I installed KDE on 5
machines here, without a single hiccup.
You may still want to hold your breath a while longer though, for the KDE
release, if Hetz will come through and keep his track record ;-)
