After some searches: It seems that there is a standard for sharing calendars (iCal, IMIP, etc.). It is even implemented in some clients (I believe that I saw this listed in the feature list of both Evolution and Korganizer) but not much implemented in servers. The only server which seems to handle it is iPlanet (Netscape) messaging server.
