I don't see a problem in creating a new mailing list. Just decide on a
"username" (iglu-heb, linux-heb, whatever) and let me know. I can set it
up on iglu.org.il, or on YahooGroups. I think there are other people on
this mailing list who can supply such a service.

Ezmlm stores all of the past messages in an archive with a maildir format.
That would be the case in case you decide to host it on iglu.org.il.
