I have the same card here. While I don't use right now (since I've moved I 
don't have an antenna/cable in the computer room), I used it in the past, 
long time ago when SuSE was version 6.2. IIRC it is bttv 878 based (you can 
verify it with the output of lspci)

As mentioned above, I've already used the card when the kernel was in the 
2.2.x era, so I doubt you'll need the latest drivers for this card. I'm 
pretty sure you can use the drivers which came with your stock kernel.
