Following Omer's response: Just to clarify, I've NEVER mentioned Proprietary format; XML is great (though you may inherit the problems of ASCII by writing a "cheating" schema). PostgreSQL/MySQL is good too (although it depends on a specific implementation of a database).
And I was serious when I asked not to argue on this specific point; the "last line" of my entire message was clear, and if you don't agree with the specific point of binary/XML configuration format, just ignore it, and refer to the other points. I really don't want to start a new argument about this issue, and it is a minor point and a small part of my message. -- Eli Marmor [EMAIL PROTECTED] CTO, Founder Netmask (El-Mar) Internet Technologies Ltd. __________________________________________________________ Tel.: +972-9-766-1020 8 Yad-Harutzim St. Fax.: +972-9-766-1314 P.O.B. 7004 Mobile: +972-50-23-7338 Kfar-Saba 44641, Israel ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
