[OT] wikipedia like project in hebrew ?

I've STFW'ed, but could not find anything, so I ask the list, I hope it's
not too much of a troll:

Is there a free encyclopedia project in hebrew, like wikipedia.org ?

If not, does it look like a worth-while project, or is a hebrew translation of
wikipedia better ?

or perhaps even trying to convince right-owners of hebrew-encyclopedia (which I
find very good, but old) to use it as a basis for such a project is feasible ?


does such a hypothetical project cuncur with the framework of "HAMAKOR" ?
Can hamakor contact the right-owners (if it is a public institute) of H.E.
with such requests ?
