Also: someone (I forgot who, sorry) recently sent to this list a Hebrew
page written in moin-moin . It had a dreadful URL, though...

It was me. moin-moin uses unicode for it's encoding, so pages with Hebrew titles have escaped unicode characters as their URL. I am working with another person (Nir, cc'd here) on this problem, and trying to get through that those URLs are a problem. If the page has an English title but Hebrew content, there is no problem.
For example:
http://mac.plonter.co.il/plonwiki/Mozilla

From my little tests I understand that this isn't a default moin moin (I'm a fan fan) installtion.
Is there some parameter I can use or source out there so I can play a bit with hebrew hebrew ??
