Connection capabilities? I don't understand your question..

You can always sell a low end cheap PC with RedHat/Debian/your-favorite-distro 
customized to do all of the above (although the anti virus part may cause you 
with trouble if you plan to use mcafee .DAT files in a commercial appliance 
without their premission [so I heard]) - this could do the trick although 
business-wise, prepare to be under-run (price speaking) by many competitors. 
Last time I sold a client something along the line of what you plan sell - I 
sold it for $500 (WITH the PC, software and configurations)+ free 12 months 
of maintainance (long live ssh, up2date ;)
