And someone else is beta-testing AbiWord on Hebrew documents. :-)
But let's map out exactly where there is a gap between what is needed for
Hebrew support and what is today's situation:
- Installation procedure which is not out-of-the-box
- BiDi widget existence in widget sets
- Too complicated procedures (for naive users) to use Hebrew with vim,
Lyx, etc.
- Free (in the sense of freedom) fonts
- etc. etc.
