As the previous mail claimed these are the last options, call these "post last" options.

First, try to telnet to port 13261 on IGLU, and see with tcpdump what the outgoing packet look like (in particular - what's their destination port).

Also, instead of doing "iptables -L -t nat", do "iptables-save > /tmp/tables". Let's see your ENTIRE policy together.
