Wikis are a good idea but I think that Plone is a bit too restrictive.
A Wiki should be centrally placed so that even the casual LinuxIL surfer would inevitably come across it. This implies that it should be linked, hosted or part of one of the main LinuxIL sites. I don't think we have enough mass to start spreading thin.
