It's the DNS records. Probably your DNS server (are you using caching one?) 
didn't honor the short TTL. If you'll get "directory listing forbidden" on 
whatsup.org.il it means your dns server still points to the old server.

OT: Nadav, BTW  (since you're on withdrawl, and once you get correct 
address ;-) :
