I just know that their initial stake is to increase your payment each year. then if you shut up, you pay more for less. they want to make money, in the end. fight with them, argue, make some noisy letters and they will prefer a lower price than no customer at all. unfortunately this is a very common practice in Israel. ( cannot witness about other countries ) I personally hate this.
