Buy a board with a SATA2 controller, and SATA2 disks with at least 8MB cache. (7200 rpm or higher, with 3 years warranty). It is worth the trouble, and its very seldom today to buy a new system with ATA drives, and they become scarce. SATA2 is two times faster than SATA (also known as SATA-150). --Ariel -- Ariel Biener e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] PGP: http://www.tau.ac.il/~ariel/pgp.html ================================================================= To unsubscribe, send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the word "unsubscribe" in the message body, e.g., run the command echo unsubscribe | mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]
