plus lots of features you can build into asterisk later when you need
them, IF you have the free time to figure them out :-)

you don't calculate the needed hardware, like a server, extra hub ports
and cables, time configuring the machine, time spent on figuring out
what you did wrong and reconfiguring it, time wasted on playing around
with the new toy phone switch, adding a security risk if the switch is
open to the Internet (which it should be of course), and let's not
forget the hardware price of at least two FXO ports and maybe several
FXS ports or SIP hardware.
