I couldn't get much help from Netvision free tech-support. I'll try the
pay-for-"expert-advice" route later.

Also - setting up the dummy interface didn't do much good: after insmod
dummy, the router doesn't see a dummy0 interface and I can't set an IP
on it.

Setting the IPs on the local vlan didn't help.
