Hi.

This is an interesting question, as many companies still use Excel or text
files to document working hours of employees. This can be very cumbersome as
I know from personal experience. It is even worse when you make the bill to
your client and then discover a mistake in calculations :-)

However, I beilive it will be very easy to build such a software, either for
a web (perl + mysql) or for desktop (using various langs).

If you do not find anything usable and would like to develop something,
count me in :)
And you find something to your taste, please send me the link.
