Leave the password section blank in both /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow files. (Its
the second field).
Or else you can fiddle around with the pam modules (keep a boot disk handy in
this case). Commenting out lines in the pam modules is a major security risk
(No user will be checked for passwords at all).
