I'll reiterate: it's a bad idea.  Logins without passwords are one of
the most stupid things you can do to your computer, except in very
very special circumstances.

FTP and TFTP only allow access to a restricted area of the disk by
anonymous means.  Telnet gives you access to the whole filesystem by
default.  If you want to implement passwordless logins over the 'net,
use ssh, or at the very least use rlogin/rsh with .rhosts (again, a
bad idea but not as bad as not having a password).
