Disable PnP BIOS, disable memory hole in BIOS settings and try passing
mem=128m at the lilo boot prompt like this..
LILO boot:linux mem=128
And if that gives any problems, try
LILO boot:linux mem=127
And if even that does not work.. someone else will help you.
