Hello Everybody,
Each time i boot my redhat 6.1 system, i get the
message root filesystem not unmounted properly and
does a repair. But, after that it mounts the
filesystem as readonly. I also get a prompt to enter
root password and use maintenance tools.
What are the disk maintenance tools that are to be
used (anything like scandisk/defrag). Please reply
urgently as i am not able to create any files on the
system (even as root).
