hi,
i recently installed Red Hat linux 6.1 and configured it to be ppp client.
I used rp3 -config (wvdial) for it. The problem is that whenever i try to
connect to vsnl i get to carrier detect but the modem disconnects
immediately after that and i have to connect again but with no results. Can
anyone tell me how to configure rp3 properly . Also tell me how to use Kppp
to connect to vsnl , what to use in the login script and whether vsnl uses
PAP , CHAT or script based login.
