[LIH] [OT] How do I clean a CD???

Hi junta,
        I have a CD that has something spilt on it, i don't know what it
is but the stain does not disappear on just wiping. I even tried with a
*SLIGHTLY MOIST* cloth, still no result??? The CD drive reportsa lot of
errors with the CD which I suspect is due to the stain as the CD is in
otherwise reasonable shape (no scratches etc). Any help would be much
appreciated...
