When _creating_ a folder? OK, fetching a message from a U-Washington
pop/imap server does create this, accepted.

Pretty useful thing (esp if you get a lot of mail). In short, you can
apply procmail rulesets on your remote mailbox to sort mails into folders,
and work on the mails remotely.
Then, when you want, you can fetch the mails (in the same sorted order) to
your local mailbox.
