/usr/local/doc/mutt/samples/sample.muttrc-tlr - Thomas Roessler's .muttrc
As Roessler is one of the developers of mutt, you'll find it rather
worthwhile to take a look (and yeah, he uses emacs as his editor)
There are lots of muttrcs at http://www.mutt.org (and a few good ones -
such as Rejo Zenger's) at http://www.dotfiles.org
