I suspect the most likely cause is failure to lookup your machine name in
DNS/hosts. Make sure that your /etc/resolv.conf is pointing to proper DNS
server and that your servername is consistent with the one in DNS. Also
make sure that the first line in your /etc/hosts has your machine name
(preferably FQDN).
