For dialling VSNL, you need not make any changes into pap-secrets and
chap-secrets file. Put them in wvdial.conf and that's enough. Also in
resolv.conf, put VSNL nameserver first..
Somebody published a VSNL howto few days ago. Dig into the archives.
BTW, how to make chap working with wvdial? I could not do it. Or I missed
the thread discussed few days back?
