Hi there
I have just upgraded form Redhat 6.1 to 6.2 from PCQUEST CD (Its great)
I dont know a bit about Linux and I am very keen about it. I am having some
problems:
1) when I start X from root I can access the documentation of Linux from
Gnome but from other user I cannot it gives that u have not installed it.
Why does this happen??
2) When I configure my sound card (Xwave) it tells me to visit
www.alsa-project.org/ and download the driver and install it. I couldn't get
anything from it?
#) I have heard that there is something known as Python which i s a prog
language which is simply great. Please tell me how can I start it and work
on it? Is there any site which can help me learn every single bit about
Linux easily ??
Thank You
Piyush Khandelwal
