Hi,
I think higher resolution in console mode can be achieved using
the SVGATextMode command if u have installed it. Otherwise you may install
the rpm from the CD. I have although not used it myself. I have used the
linux lilo boot method as described by someone in this Mailing List.
However this the lilo option works in vga framebuffer mode.
YOu can try the SVGATextMode. Please reply if get it working.
