Gozilla does this - but it doesn't ping. It measures ftp throughput, and
if that falls below a certain level, cycles between different ftp sites.

Any gozilla equivalent? I'd hate to hear that there's even one 'doze
software which does something linux software can't do (producing BSOD's
excepted, of course)
