yes, if you are using a dedicated web server then
disable all the unnecessary services.Remember finger
should be always disabled because most of the compromises
out there are using finger. You also dont need telnet,
smtp , pop etc. Only have ssh running.
*every extra service you provide you are opening
a new door for the bad guys to come in *
