[LIH] Sound with Intel 810 card and ALSA

Hi,

I installed PCQ RH 6.2 on a PIII with Intel 810 card. I tried to
configure sound by following the instructions given by 
Shanker Balan in http://www.exocore.com/linux/i810.

But things didn't work. (I did increase the volume settings using
aumix; rebooted, etc.)

Now what do I do? Any pointers?
