You may be interested in Downloader for X. The 0.17 version offers the
facility that you asked for. You can get more details on their web-site :
www.krasu.ru/soft/chuchelo. It has a furter advantage in that it does not
need a graphical interface, it can function just as well from the command
line (good seperation of the interface from the functionality)
