I don't know Debian but when a package is frozen, it won't get upgraded.
Upgrades will be for packages in the development tree .. whatever's on
woody will get upgraded.

But then, mutt's 1.3.x is a "devel version" but it does work - and really
well - for most of us ;)  So, I'd imagine that woody is in the same boat.
